Research On The Engineering Quality Management Evaluation Of Agent Company For Resettlement Housing Project

Since the development of new urbanization engineering,people’s income has continued to rise and they began to pursue a better material life.As a result of the continuous urbanisation process,market-oriented and professional management models have gradually emerged in resettlement housing projects,which,as a category of subsidised housing,not only involve economic issues but also local livelihood issues.At present,resettlement housing projects are widely promoted to be developed by real estate companies on behalf of the housing industry.However,the mode lacks corresponding management experience,and the market mechanism of the agent engineering mode still needs to be improved.A particular issue that needs to be addressed is the common vision of how to improve the engineering quality management of the engineering companies of resettlement housing projects so that they can really reach the quality of medium and high-grade commercial housing.By reviewing the literature to initially screen the quality management influencing factors,after the reliability test and validity test,the indexes are determined and the three dimensions of quality management measures,quality assurance measures and quality management environment are used to construct a engineering quality management evaluation index system for the engineering companies of resettlement housing projects.On this basis,qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria are established,research and data are collected to resettle housing projects built by real estate enterprises,and the entropy weight method and hierarchical analysis method are used to combine the weights and establish a fuzzy model for comprehensive evaluation of engineering quality management of engineering companies to get the main influencing factors and the crux of the problem.Finally,the quality management activities of its Greentown agency engineering in the engineering stage are evaluated by combining the Nanmen urban village renovation resettlement housing Greentown agency engineering project as a case,verifying the applicability of the evaluation model,and proposing improvement countermeasures according to the analysis of the evaluation results.This paper is based on the summary of quality management theory in engineering,and proposes measures such as long-term mechanism and sample first system to provide some help to optimize and improve the quality management.In addition,the engineering quality management evaluation model of the engineering agency constructed in this paper can not only achieve the overall quality management evaluation,but also analyze each of the quality management factors,and the evaluation results are more comprehensive and accurate,which provides reference significance in the future.
