Research On The Interaction Between Jinan Old Campus And Surrounding Blocks In The Post-epidemic Era

With the increase of people's income level,the requirements for the quality of life are also gradually improved.However,in the previous process of rapid urbanization development,due to the lack of proper planning guidance,the old urban area has excessive building density,lack of open space,backward facilities and functions.There are many problems such as a single business format,which cannot meet the increasingly rich activity needs of residents.As an important cultural facility in the city,the old campus of the university has a large number of open spaces and sports facilities,and has gradually become an important place for residents of the old city to carry out various activities.At the same time,due to the limited land use of the old campus,with the increase of enrollment scale,the on-campus facilities are gradually unable to meet the living needs of students,and the neighborhoods around the campus begin to assume the "logistics" role of the university.This phenomenon of different needs of on-campus students and off-campus residents lays the foundation for the formation of interactive relationships inside and outside the campus.However,with the outbreak of the COVID-19,the campus began to be closed and managed,blocking the interaction between inside and outside the campus,which was essential in the period when the epidemic was more serious,but with the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in the post-epidemic era With the arrival of the epidemic,the necessity of dynamically adjusting campus management measures with the development of the epidemic also cannot be ignored.This thesis takes the old campus of ordinary colleges and universities in Jinan as the research object,and combines the interaction theory to summarize the reasons for the formation and content of the interaction relationship.The analysis,on the one hand,enriches the existing research angles,and on the other hand,explores new construction methods and management methods for the coordinated development of universities and cities in the post-epidemic era.First of all,this thesis defines several important concepts such as post-epidemic era,old campuses,colleges and universities,and interactive relationships based on the existing literature,defines the research scope and research objects,and summarizes the relevant research results.The relationship between the university and the city,the space around the campus,and the surrounding of the old campus are three levels,and summarizes the different development histories of Chinese and foreign universities,the research direction of the surrounding space of the campus,and the focus of the renovation of the old campus.At the same time,it uses organic renewal,urban Theories such as catalysts support subsequent strategic research.After that,combined with the existing research and what he has learned,he proposes a research system that is divided into physical space and active people horizontally,and is advanced vertically from the whole to the individual.The research on physical space includes the connectivity of space and the linkage of functions.The study of population activities includes the type of activities,time and needs,and selects appropriate research methods for different contents.Then,combined with the research system,it analyzes the current situation of the distribution of the old campus,the construction of various facilities and spaces inside and outside the campus,and the activities and mutual influence of the crowd.And using the results of the overall research,select the Hongjialou Campus of Shandong University,the Baotuquan Campus of Shandong University,and the Qianfoshan Campus of Shandong Normal University as individual-level research cases,and analyze the campus spatial form and boundary construction that reflect spatial accessibility.conditions,the accessibility of the campus when walking and using public transportation,the distribution of basic living facilities,scientific,educational and cultural facilities and sports facilities that reflect functional linkages,and the frequency,time period,and availability of various facilities for people inside and outside the campus.Meet the needs,crowd gathering situation and other content to conduct research.At the same time,these studies are interspersed with studies on the distribution of medical emergency facilities and the impact of the epidemic on the population.Finally,combined with the characteristics of a good interactive relationship,the existing problems in the current situation are summarized,and based on the principles of safety,diversity,hierarchy,and organicity,it is proposed for the optimization of space layout,the improvement of functional formats,and the guidance of crowd activities.The various strategies of space transformation and crowd management hope to improve the vitality of the crowd in the surrounding areas of colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,amplify the cultural and educational advantages of colleges and universities,promote the formation of good interactive relationships,and promote social security and sustainable development.
