Abstract/Summary:
With the expansion of the university campus and the increasing number of students,campus fire has become one of the most concerned campus safety problems.As the most common campus disaster,fire will bring serious threats to the safety of life and property.Once it happens,it will cause serious consequences.The concept of "resilience" has been introduced into the field of disaster prevention in recent years.The evaluation of disaster prevention resilience in the region can relatively comprehensively reflect the disaster prevention capability,but the research results linking the concept of resilience with fire are relatively few.Beichen Campus of Hebei University of Technology,as the most important new campus of the university,has a large number of daily users and has certain fire risks.The study on its fire prevention resilience can provide certain basis and suggestions for the campus fire safety work.In terms of specific content,first of all,the relevant situation of the subject is summarized,and the research results on disaster prevention resilience and fire safety at home and abroad are analyzed.On-the-spot investigation was carried out on Beichen campus of Hebei University of Technology to find out the current situation of fire protection in the main buildings of the campus,the open space,traffic and infrastructure in the campus,investigate the current situation of fire safety management and users,and preliminarily put forward the advantages and disadvantages of fire prevention work.After that,four evaluation criteria of robustness,redundancy,rapidity and adaptability are determined according to the specific requirements of disaster prevention resilience.Combined with various influencing factors of fire safety,the index system is determined.AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected as evaluation methods to design the evaluation system of university campus fire prevention resilience.The weight of each index is determined by chromatography analysis method,and the key fire-fighting buildings in Beichen campus are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,according to the importance of each index,this paper puts forward the main contents of fire prevention resilience improvement work in university campus,providing universal basic principles and work contents for university fire prevention.According to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,specific optimization measures are proposed for Beichen Campus from both spatial and non-spatial aspects,which provides suggestions for the comprehensive improvement of fire prevention resilience suitable for the current development of Beichen Campus.According to the requirements of resilience concept and the theoretical basis of fire safety risk assessment,a fire resilience assessment system for university campuses is constructed.Based on traditional fire assessment,the whole process of pre-disaster,disaster and post-disaster is evaluated from a comprehensive and diversified perspective,and improvement measures are proposed.In terms of specific application,taking Beichen Campus of Hebei University of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the fire resilience of the current building space and management level of the campus,puts forward the deficiencies and development direction,and provides new requirements and new ideas for campus fire control work.
