With the market-oriented operation of the driving training industry,the opening and approval authority of driving schools is relatively loose,and the homogeneous development is common,resulting in the vicious competition faced by the driving training industry.It is also obvious that affected by the regional demographic dividend,the vast majority of driving schools have chosen the way of low price competition,disrupting the market order.The consequences of the price war lead to the decline of training quality,the increase of "road killers" and the continuous occurrence of traffic accidents.In such a bad market environment,many driving schools are also learning from the pain,changing the original model and strengthening marketing investment,such as full-time marketing and online Red punch in,occupying a strong market and achieving certain success.CF driving school is a driving school that starts again.In order to quickly open the market and improve market share,marketing strategy has become its core work and the focus of the driving training industry.Taking CF driving school as the research object,this paper expounds 7Ps,STP theory and other relevant marketing theories.Adhering to the combination of theory and practice,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of CF driving school service marketing,defines the external environment and industry environment of the company's marketing,and gives the selection of target market and the improved design of service marketing strategy.Firstly,from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible display and process,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of CF driving school's marketing strategy,and analyzes its problems in target market,product,price,channel,promotion,personnel and so on.Secondly,Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the macro environment,marketing competition environment and strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by CF driving school,which lays a foundation for the improvement of marketing strategy.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the marketing strategy of CF driving school,this paper puts forward the marketing improvement strategy from the aspects of clarifying the target market,product improvement,market positioning,channel improvement,promotion diversification and service quality improvement;From the aspects of strengthening organizational guarantee,perfecting incentive system,improving the ability of marketing team and establishing dynamic database,this paper formulates the guarantee measures for the implementation of CF driving school's marketing strategy.The proposed optimization scheme and safeguard measures have certain guiding significance for the improvement of CF driving school marketing mode.This paper hopes that through the above research,it can provide decision-making reference and reference with certain practical guiding value for CF driving school and even the driving school industry to improve the marketing management level,steady business growth,enhance the company's comprehensive strength and competitiveness,and establish a good brand and reputation.
