In recent years,with the continuous application of VR technology,assembly decoration,intelligent production,Internet +BIM system,construction robot and other technologies in the field of home decoration,college graduates entering the home decoration industry will feel that what they have learned is already out of date,and the operation mode of the home decoration industry is difficult to keep up with the pace of technological update.In order to reduce the impact of technology update on the home improvement industry and reduce the risk of enterprises facing industry change,the author takes TC home improvement company as an example,starts with the impact of VR technology on the marketing model of home improvement enterprises,demonstrates the transformation of technology on the marketing model,and then discusses the innovation relationship between technology and marketing.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis.Through literature collection and analysis to grasp the current home decoration company's traditional marketing model;Through the questionnaire survey method to understand the performance of consumers on VR+marketing in the home decoration industry;Finally,through the empirical study of TC home improvement company,the STP theory of marketing theory is used to adjust the market positioning of TC home improvement company,the promotion strategy of TC home improvement company is improved by combining 4I theory,and the marketing strategy of TC home improvement company is optimized by three analysis tools:PEST analysis model,Porter's five forces model and SWOT model.Through the research,this paper draws the following three main conclusions :(1)VR technology has optimized the marketing mode of home decoration industry;(2)VR technology has improved the marketing effect of home decoration industry;(3)The application of "VR+ marketing" in the home decoration industry can create a multi-win situation.It provides a reference for the marketing strategy of technology +marketing in the future.
