A Preliminary Study On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Leisure Farms Under The Experience Economy

As the country attaches more and more importance to agriculture,the new industry combining leisure agriculture and tourism is booming,which has become a new breakthrough in green transformation of agriculture and a new path of economic development.Leisure farm is relying on rural natural and cultural conditions,on the basis of respect the natural ecology,fully develop rural resources,on the basis of keeping local characteristics,develop their own unique features and distinctive brand image,the theme of the collection of production and operation,the leisure entertainment,green ecology and popular science education in the integration of ecological leisure tourism.At present,China’s leisure farm development is thriving,but there are still a variety of problems,agricultural economy is also facing new development needs.In this context,this paper discusses the landscape planning of leisure farms from the perspective of experience economy.Through the deep understanding and understanding of the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism under the background of experience economy,it is expected to guide the benign development of leisure farms accurately and scientifically.On the basis of combing experience economy theory and related research results of leisure farm,this paper argues that there is convergence of experience motivation between experience economy and leisure farm and the correlation between economic key points and farm design concept.At the same time,based on the research on the characteristics of tourists’ experience needs and the theme of tourism experience,the leisure farm is divided into four types: "recreation","learning education","seclusion" and "emotional aesthetics".Targeted for outstanding case search and analysis of the four types of farm,on the basis of learning successful experience at home and abroad for reference,and sum up the experience economy leisure farm landscape planning and design strategies,from eight design principles,multidimensional master the experience of different tourists demand,extracting elements determine the farm experience theme,reasonable planning space landscape layout,This paper puts forward some suggestions on the overall development of leisure farm landscape planning and design under the experience economy from the aspects of constructing experience projects and using materials to create scene space.The leisure farm landscape planning and design strategy under the experience economy is applied to the landscape planning and design of Jinhufeng leisure farm in Fuyang West Lake Town.Field research and analysis of the project are carried out.Based on multi-dimensional experience and combined with the actual advantages and disadvantages of the site,the farm is positioned as a type of farm combining recreation and learning education.With agriculture as the theme,based on the tourist experience motivation,combining leisure and landscape experience,parent-child interaction and farming experience,farming culture and the combination of farming experience combined with landscape planning and design,focusing on the experience of "human" needs,in the "people" in the process of actively participate in the farm experience to satisfy their physiological and psychological experience requirements,To give consumers a good experience and unforgettable experience memories,aiming to make Jinhufeng leisure farm re-establish interactive contact with tourists,shine the characteristics and personality of the farm,and realize the sustainable and benign development of Jinhufeng leisure farm in Fuyang West Lake Town.The innovative content of the research is fully reflected in the research scheme,and the practical case study provides theoretical and practical reference for the future leisure farm landscape planning and design and related research under the experience economy.
