Landscape Planning And Design Of Leisure Farmhouse Based On Agricultural Experience Model

Modern sightseeing wine chateau is a grape resources based wine agritourism park which carries out by grape production, vinification, unique viticultural and humanities landscape sightseeing.The focus of this paper is to discuss the design and construction of a modern sightseeing wine chateau which can services visitors a great experience. Grape agritourism has been a popular historied leisure way in some developed countries,and there are many successful cases such as Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Latour and etc. But some distinctive cases in China for example Chateau Changyu AFlP Global, Jun top wineries are simply transplanted from foreign manors and lack of specialty and creativity.There was no systemic horticultural analysis and summary of sightseeing wine chateau design theory which is based on grape vinification culture before. So we researched the theories and the realities of the simple industrial wineries over the world then present the way to design a proper sightseeing chateau, and give out some ways to solve the problem could exist in chateau plan and design.The innovation:Evaluated the affect of experience design on sightseeing chateau from the project feasibility and through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, concluded the theory system reflected, created some innovative articles and finally absorbed the vinification culture into the sightseeing chateau design in a better way.
