Research On Interior Design Of Chinese Time-honored Restaurant Space

In terms of the Chinese time-honored catering enterprise as the representative of Chinese food culture,it has witnessed the development of the trade,undertaken the profound historical and cultural traditions and regional features of China after its development for a long time,which is the rare wealth that can not be lost.However,Chinese time-honored catering enterprise are facing severe challenges for its the survival and development at present.The role of the catering space as the place where consumers can intuitively feel the flavor of Chinese time-honored brand has become increasingly prominent.Under the times that young people have become the main force of consumption,what Chinese time-honored catering enterprises need to focus on is how to make its catering space attract the attention of young consumers as well as radiate the youth and vitality of the new era.In this thesis,it carries out the investigation and analysis on the catering space development of Chinese time-honored brand by mainly starting from the perspective of the interior design of its catering space.Based on this,it makes summary of the design problems existing in Chinese time-honored brand catering space,which cover the lack of brand identification,complicated decoration form,unreasonable space planning and so on.Thus,the modern design method and design language are proposed,so that some new ideas can be provided for the design and transformation of Chinese time-honored brand catering space.This way tries to make it conform to the development of the times,and give full play to its cultural advantages,so that a modern dining environment with traditional charm can be created for consumer.In this context,it is able to make Chinese time-honored brand catering enterprise better survive and develop in the face of fierce industry competition.
