Research On The Reconstruction Design Of New Chinese Catering Interior Space

In the social and economic development,the city is changing with each passing day,people’s life is more and more beautiful,clothing,food,housing,transportation has been a new development.As an important part of life,"food" has gradually changed from "food for the people" to "food for pleasure" and "food for ceremony".With the development of economy,catering space has changed from meeting people’s basic diet to pursuing higher spiritual level such as leisure and entertainment.With the rapid development of catering industry today,it is bound to coordinate with the development of the times.As an excellent traditional culture,the new Chinese style is bound to show new characteristics of the times with the development of the times.First of all,the design of dining space in this paper starts from the new Chinese style,discusses and analyzes the new Chinese dining space from the background,reasons and significance of the formation of the new Chinese style,combined with the basic functional requirements and design principles of dining space design.Analyze,compare and study the actual cases of the existing Chinese catering space;Secondly,through the on-the-spot investigation of the relevant catering space and the case analysis of the new Chinese catering space,combined with the actual problems to analyze,summarize and sort out;Then,through the field investigation and case study,the existing dining space is transformed and designed.Through the case analysis and field investigation,the design principles and methods of dining space are obtained;Finally,through the transformation design of catering space,the above design principles and design methods are demonstrated and applied.With the rapid development of social economy,catering space design is also updated with the development of the times.Consumers hope to feel better catering experience in the new era,which is also the problem that practitioners need to face and consider.Based on this idea,through literature review,case analysis,field research,and relevant design practice summary as the basis,in order to ensure the feasibility of the article,I hope to provide some valuable reference for similar catering space interior design projects.
