An Ergonomic Design Of The Electric Car For Deliverymen

In recent years,with the rise of the mobile Internet,the takeout industry has also ushered in a rapid development,and at the same time,the group of takeout delivery man is also growing rapidly,but the delivery vehicles used by takeout delivery man have barely made progress.Therefore,the industrial designer has the responsibility to improve the electric motorcycle for the takeout delivery man with his professional skills.This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:First of all,through the methods of big data analysis,street observation and user interview,Auteur got a full understanding of the current situation of the foreign market and the work status of takeaways,and found several design points to guide the next work.Secondly,on the basis of fully understanding the working conditions of the takeout delivery man,Auteur combined the theory of ergonomics with design practice to establish the man-machine-environment system of the takeout delivery man's electric motorcycle.Through the analysis of the system,Auteur discussed the impact of various components of the takeout delivery man's electric motorcycle on comfort and usability.At the same time,I analyzed the characteristics of traffic accidents and discussed the feasible ways to provide accident protection for takeout delivery man.Thirdly,in the part of design practice,Auteur carried out the overall project design according to the results of the design survey and the ergonomic analysis of the takeout delivery man's electric motorcycle,and used the human body template to simulate the actual effect and feasibility of the project.After determining the project,Auteur carried out the detailed functional design and the size determination of each component.From the practical results,this design mainly achieved the following points:(1)The adjustable saddle and handle make the takeaway electric car can adapt to the body size of the majority of users;(2)Waist improve the driving comfort;(3)Folding leisure chair increases its comfort as a temporary rest point;(4)The redistribution of storage space realizes the separation of cold and hot takeout storage,and provides extra storage space for takeout delivery man;(5)Handrails can prevent takeout delivery man flying out of electric motorcycle in side impact accidents;(6)The design method of ergonomics makes all functions of the takeout delivery man's electric motorcycle available,comfortable and efficient.
