| For environmental protection and convenience,the electric motorcycle has became one of consumer market’s best-selling new transports in recent years.With the popularity of smart phones,more and more fields are using intelligent technology,intelligence has become an irreversible trend and is constantly changing people’s life styles.Thus,the combination between traditional electric motorcycle industry and intelligence must become new selling point and breakthrough point.Under this background,this paper proposes a new and intelligent electric motorcycle control system based on APP for authentication,GPS real-time positioning,battery protection.At the same time to ensure the safe and reliable running process,the system also can achieve real-time visual management.After analyzing the development status of electric motorcycle at home and abroad,this paper understands the intelligent of the existing electric motorcycle market.According to current development and technical indicators,designing the overall framework of the control system.Then combining with the mechanical structure,through studying the operation principle,achieving input detection of the left and right turn signals,front and rear headlights,brakes and other switching signal and lamp signal output control;executing the motorcycle’s real-time speed detection and the the electric lock control;completing information collection of the terminal battery voltage,charge and discharge current and other battery,balancing the battery energy and ensuring the battery ‘s charge and discharge safety based on the battery pack information,thus effectively extending the battery life;designing the LCD display system GUI interface to display the current battery residual energy,residual mileage,speed and other information condition;combined with the GPS/GPRS technology,realizing intelligent positioning and sending the system information to the server;using the Bluetooth module to identify the owner’s identity in real time;designing mobile phone APP,completing the intelligent communication among mobile phones,servers,electric motorcycles.Finally,after the laboratory and loading debugging,the front system and the battery management system can communicate normally through the CAN;the real-time speed,the remaining energy,the lamp signal,the braking signal and the system background estimated mileage can be displayed on the LCD display normally;battery protection can be turned on normally;the mobile phone APP can control the electric motorcycle switch and display the current position of the electric motorcycle in visualized map form;remote server background can view real-time condition information;thus realizing the intelligent electric motorcycle system. |
