Research On The Design Of Earthquake Relief Products Based On Modular Design

In recent years,large-scale earthquakes occur frequently,and China is also a country suffering from relatively serious geological disasters.China's rescue team has been growing,and emergency rescue management has also made great progress.However,the development of earthquake rescue design in China started late,and earthquake rescue related products are relatively rare,and the development is relatively backward,The existing emergency rescue products are far from meeting the general requirements of rescue work.Therefore,this topic hopes to provide more possibilities for earthquake emergency rescue products through modular design.This paper is roughly divided into the following parts.Firstly,the background information of earthquake relief is collected through a variety of channels,and on this basis,the design direction of modular earthquake relief products is proposed based on the current situation.Next,we have an in-depth understanding of the earthquake relief process,and obtain first-hand research data through qualitative interviews and Research on those who have earthquake rescue experience.The design opportunity is analyzed and the design direction is determined.At the same time,the existing products and rescue tools are sorted out,and the design points of earthquake relief products are analyzed from the shape,color,material,function and other aspects.In depth understanding of modular theory,learning modular design process and methods.Through the modular design method,the functional modules and parts modules of the earthquake relief products are divided and combined.Finally,the electric trolley for disaster relief is designed,which has a variety of transportation function modules,such as materials,relief tools,wounded and so on.The innovative design of the modular earthquake relief products is completed.The above practice proves that it is feasible to apply modularization to the design of earthquake relief products.It has a positive effect on the development of similar products and provides a valuable reference for the design of earthquake relief products.
