China is a country with complex geographical environment and frequent geological disasters.Due to people’s excessive use of nature,all kinds of disasters have entered a period of high incidence.At the same time,with the rapid development of science and technology and economy,the asset density of countries and individuals also increases greatly,so the losses caused by disasters also increase accordingly.The earthquake disaster is one of the most serious disasters,but there are still many problems in the earthquake emergency rescue work in our country.Among them,the practical application of rescue vehicles,as an important link in the process of emergency disaster relief,also has problems such as poor off-road ability,low loading capacity and poor comprehensive function,which seriously reduces the rescue efficiency.Therefore,in order to comprehensively improve China’s comprehensive disaster prevention,reduction and relief capabilities and reduce the losses caused by earthquake disasters to a greater extent,it is necessary to make corresponding design improvements for rescue vehicles.In this paper,based on the above design background,through the collection and collation of relevant literature of modern earthquake rescue theory,as well as the investigation and analysis of the status of emergency rescue vehicles at home and abroad and the collection and analysis of typical cases,the deficiencies and needs of emergency rescue vehicles in China are summarized.And with earthquake relief as the main research object,combining the theory of earthquake disaster relief and emergency rescue vehicle’s related theory,through to the functions and characteristics of the mainstream market rescue vehicle and seismic analysis for the actual demand of the site,to explore the functional requirements of all terrain emergency rescue vehicle and modelling design strategy,thus to do theoretical guidance for future emergency rescue vehicle.And according to the proposed functional requirements and design strategy to guide the design practice.In this design practice,first of all,the design task of the all-terrain rescue vehicle was put forward according to the functional requirements and modeling design strategy proposed in the early stage,and the existing vehicle information was investigated on the spot,so as to summarize the functions and vehicle structure that all-terrain rescue vehicle should have.And on the basis of meeting the functional requirements,combined with the analysis and design of vehicle structure,fully consider the ergonomics,follow the "people-oriented" design concept and the design principle of modern rescue vehicle,the body shape of all-terrain rescue vehicle design practice.To truly realize the innovation and breakthrough in design and promote the new development of the innovative design of emergency rescue products in China. |
