| Known as the"Forest City",Guiyang is one of the central cities in Southwest China and the national ecological leisure and vacation tourism city.Guiyang has been awarded the"2020China National Tourism Annual Selection Tourist City".In recent years,the number of tourists in Guiyang has increased by 26%annually and the total tourism revenue by 28.9%annually.According to the survey,Guiyang ranks the tenth in the list of China’s tourism cities in2020,among which Huaxi District is the leading tourist choice in Guiyang.With the rapid development of tourism industry of northwest of huaxi district foreigners buying rate is greatly increased,the city will become more and more high to the requirement of living environment,therefore,the residential area for human comfort evaluation and performance evaluation of landscape is beneficial to the control quality of residential area landscape recreation,provide reference for sustainable development to improve residential amenity landscape.In this paper,the human comfort of the residential area was evaluated by the field research method,and the landscape performance evaluation system of the residential area was constructed by the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,in order to make a comprehensive judgment on the landscape performance of the residential area of Huaxi District,and to provide reference for improving the residential comfort level and the sustainable development of the residential area landscape.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the regression analysis of temperature and human comfort,the regression equation of temperature and comfort in spring is y=1.551*x+40.286(R~2=0.802),When the temperature is 19.7℃-12.1℃in spring,the human comfort value is the best;The regression equation of temperature and comfort in summer is y=1.377*x+45.490(R~2=0.719),The comfort value is the best when the summer temperature is between 18.5℃and 9.9℃.The regression equation between temperature and human comfort in autumn is y=1.487*x+40.353(R~2=0.806),The human comfort level is the best in autumn when the temperature is between 20.6℃and 12.6℃.The regression equation between temperature and human comfort in winter is y=40.415+0.768*x+0.049*x~2(R~2=0.423),When the winter temperature is in the range of 18.2℃to 13.2℃,comfort is the best.(2)In this paper,six residential areas in Huaxi District were taken as examples to verify the residential landscape performance evaluation index system and evaluation method constructed in this paper.The weight of ecological benefit is the highest,which is 41.25%,calculated by analytic hierarchy process.It is indicated that ecological benefit occupies the primary position and has the greatest influence in the landscape performance of residential areas.The results of landscape performance evaluation of six residential areas were as follows:The landscape performance evaluation of six residential areas was at"good"level except for the Jiulong Garden.The performance of each residential district in the criterion layer evaluation has its merits and demerits,among which the performance of Jiulong Garden is worse than that of other residential districts.At present,the common problem of the residential area in Huaxi District is that the performance of its ecological benefits is poor compared with the other two kinds of benefits,The personality problem is the low species richness in Jiulong Garden、Transportation accessibility is poor,Xishanyujing excessive urban noise。... |
