Investigation And Evaluation Of The Entrance Space Landscape Of Residential Area In Dalian

As an important transitional zone connecting urban streets and interior spaces,the entrance of an urban residential area is the beginning of the landscape sequence of the residential area,and it is also the most prominent part of the residential area’s influence on the city image.At present,the entrance of existing residential communities in China generally adopts closed management,and the entrance space creates a great gap between the transportation space,commercial space and landscape space.Many domestic related practitioners have also proposed many problems in the entrance landscape design of residential areas.The investigation and psychological evaluation methods are used to study and analyze the entrance space of the residential area,and the important landscape elements affecting the landscape quality of the residential area are obtained to provide reference for the entrance landscape design of the residential area.Taking the entrance space of residential areas in Dalian as the research object,45 residential areas were selected for field survey by random sampling method.Using the SBE method,160 judges were invited to judge 45 sample photographs,and the collected data were standardized to obtain the landscape quality ranking of 45 samples.Choose the top 5 samples with the best landscape quality,sample 9,sample 7,sample 4,sample 25,sample 26,middle 5 samples,sample 22,sample 13,sample 31,sample 33,sample 36,and The last 5 samples,sample 2,sample 14,sample 17,sample 30,sample 1,and 15 samples in total were analyzed using SD semantic analysis.Sixteen adjective pairs were selected to evaluate the landscape elements.SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the correlation between the SD evaluation scores and the landscape quality scores of the samples,and the significant irrelevant factors were removed.Then regression analysis was performed.The regression equation was used to obtain the relevant factors affecting the entrance landscape quality of residential areas.The following results are obtained: Regression equation of landscape quality evaluation of residential area entrance: landscape quality = 0.137 × openness + 0.121 × cleanliness + 0.120 × building volume + 0.150 × security + 0.164 × vegetation coverage + 0.116 × LOGO logo identification Degree + 0.134 × landscape sketch + 0.133 × infrastructure + 0.137 × order sense + 0.121.Whether there is vegetation greening in the entrance space,the quality of the greening,the order of entrance space traffic,and the number of entrance landscapes and infrastructures play a key role in the quality of the landscape.Secondly,the openness of the entrance space,the scale ratio of the building in the space,the space is well-maintained,neat and clean,and the clarity of the name of the entrance residential area will also have a secondary impact on the landscape quality of the entrance of the residential area.On this basis,the problems of entrance landscape in residential areas in Dalian are put forward: First,the overall coverage of the greening of residential areas in Dalian is low,and the vertical community structure of the communities is not stable.Second,the entrance space area is obviously insufficient with respect to the use area.Third,the entrance space is generally low on the evaluation results of novelty,the spatial pattern is fixed,and most residential areas lack landscapes.Fourth,the lack of interactive management space.Fifth,inadequate management and maintenance in the later period.And put forward theoretical suggestions and strategies for the entrance landscape design of residential areas in Dalian.
