| Under the changes of The Times,the curtain of globalization has been completely uncovered,so that the social face has been earth-shaking changes,for the foreign trade market into a new vitality.The port is undoubtedly the market carrier of logistics,production and consumption.In recent years,the Yangtze River Delta has always been the most active market,and Jiangsu has also put more resources and energy into port projects.However,for small and medium-sized ports,especially those in northern Jiangsu,it is difficult to successfully win the support of financing parties,and there is a large amount of funding gap,disrupting the project planning,and dragging down the pace of urban development.In order to reverse this predicament,promoting the reform and optimization of investment and financing mode is the important content of the development of small and medium-sized ports in northern Jiangsu.In view of this,this paper through the foreign major port investment policy,financing mode,land policy and China's port construction financing policy comparative analysis,find out the investment subject is relatively single,financing channels are relatively narrow and other problems.Taking Jiangsu YC Port as the research object,based on the field investigation and data collection of YC Port,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the financing mode of the port,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward measures such as improving the marketization degree,making good port financing planning,government should make first investment,investment and financing innovation,etc.At the same time,it is expounded in the use of adequate national preferential policies,revitalization of the existing assets of the port,diversification of financing methods,innovation of investment projects,and construction of multi-channel investment and financing platform,so as to provide empirical support and decision-making reference for the development of investment and financing of YC Port. |
