This topic focuses on the innovative design of science exhibition and teaching services and related exhibition and teaching equipment of Yunnan national culture palace.Nowadays,people pay more and more attention to the value of intangible scientific and technological cultural heritage.How to play its role and fulfill the important task of popularizing intangible scientific and technological cultural heritage to the public is the focus of this topic.With the emergence of new exhibition technology and new science popularization means,science popularization exhibition and education service has more possibilities.It is necessary to optimize the traditional science exhibition and education service by using new technology and new ideas,meet the increasing needs of people and improve the user experience of science popularization service.Firstly,this paper describes the relevant concepts of intangible cultural heritage of science and technology and exhibition service design,and discusses the way and significance of the intervention of exhibition service design in the protection of intangible cultural heritage of science and technology.On this basis,the user composition of science exhibition and education service of Cultural Palace is studied.This paper makes a quantitative analysis of visitors' motivation and demand preference by means of questionnaire survey,and explores visitors' internal reaction and behavior habits.The concept of science exhibition service for college students and new employees is formed,which aims at users between 20-29,so as to build a concept model of science exhibition service in the Cultural Palace.Through the construction of SWOT model,the paper puts forward the service strategies of mining regional characteristic themes and promoting collaborative display by various means;reasonably using local resources and improving the quality of science popularization;being good at mining channels and enhancing the influence of science popularization of intangible cultural heritage;learning from successful experience and improving cooperation mechanism,and determining the theme of the exhibition.Finally,based on the previous research results,the service design of science exhibition and education with the theme of "Jingmai · Chayu" is formed.The user journey map and service blueprint of exhibition and education service are constructed.According to the needs of science exhibition,the original exhibition equipment is improved and the new exhibition equipment is innovated,and the design object is output.For the first part,the holographic projection equipment is designed to improve the regional recognition of exhibition and teaching equipment.For the second part of the media free air imaging equipment,the purpose of the design is to try to introduce new technology into exhibition and education services.For the third link of multi person interactive VR game equipment,the design aims to control the cost and improve the efficiency of science popularization.The design of reward self-service exchange machine in the fourth section aims to create fun for reward exchange.Innovative design of exhibition equipment from different entry points can comprehensively improve the user experience of the whole science exhibition process and create a new science service space.
