Service design is the rise of China's design community in recent years,service design thinking is a combination of industrial design,environmental design,graphic design,interactive design and other areas.The research to solve the problem is not only a product,or a interactive process,but to carry on the systematic research and analysis to the entire service process.This article takes the service design thinking as the instruction,carries on the research to the university dining room present situation improvement,the point of practice is to improve and innovate the service design situation of Shenyang Aerspace University.First of all,the study collects information on the service design of domestic university restaurant,the main problems include the poor overall planning of the restaurant,the lack of user-friendly design to order,worse service experience,tableware recycling,etc.Through the traditional questionnaire method,the interview method,as well as service travel,shadow practice method and so on,the researcher carried out a comprehensive research work on the research object.Analyzing and summarizing the main touch points in the service process,including the ordering process,stalls planning,dining area design,integrated services.The service design process of the canteen was innovated and improved,began with the main service touch points,through multiple simulations and design iterations,making depth planning of the entire service process.Proposing integrated ordering mode,color guidance,conveyor belts recycling,space configuration and so on,designed to enhance the user's service experience.
