| In recent years,as the country has continuously increased investment in transportation infrastructure,highway construction has been rapidly developed,which has brought great convenience to people’s travel,and at the same time,the damage to the environment has been increasing.To actively respond to environmental protection and sustainable development strategies,the implementation of highway green construction has become an inevitable trend in highway construction.At this stage,the relevant research on the green construction of highway engineering in our country is not mature enough,and a unified evaluation index system and evaluation method have not been established.The main reference is the green construction evaluation system of the construction industry.Therefore,how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the green construction of highway engineering and build a more systematic and complete green construction evaluation system of highway engineering has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of green construction of highway engineering.This paper sorts out and summarizes the research results of green construction of highway engineering at home and abroad: systematically and comprehensively introduces the concept,characteristics,and principles of green construction of highway engineering;summarizes and summarizes the main content of green construction of highway engineering.At present,since the evaluation of green construction is mostly concentrated in the field of construction,and the evaluation mainly relies on the work experience and knowledge of the evaluators to judge,it has the characteristics of strong subjectivity and non-rigorous evaluation.Based on this,this paper proposes to introduce the theory of evidence-based management into highways.The green construction evaluation of the project,combined with the ideas of evidence-based management and the characteristics of the highway engineering,after studying the existing relevant standards and specifications and the related literature of the green construction evaluation of the highway engineering,a set of 4-target layers,14-one Level index level,52-second level index levels of highway engineering green construction evaluation system,and the use of sequence relationship analysis method to determine the weight of each index.Finally,this paper takes the Xixian-Xingji section of Henan Huaibin-Xinyang Expressway(hereinafter referred to as "Xixing Expressway")to carry out a case analysis,uses the green construction evaluation index system of highway engineering constructed in this paper to evaluate the highway project,and the final evaluation results are analyzed and improvement measures are proposed.The results show that the evaluation method proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible.The research results of this article can provide a relatively complete evaluation index system for green construction of highway engineering,provide certain guidance and help for construction companies to understand and improve green construction,and lay a certain foundation for the sustainable development of highway engineering. |
