| C4ISR System Effectiveness Evaluation is an important part of C4ISR System. The index system, evaluation arithmetic and model are shown in this thesis.First, the index system is composed of four parts. The hiberarchy of them is shown and the components of each are explained in this thesis. The guide line system of C4ISR System Effectiveness Evaluation can be classified four parts: system capability guide line, battle effectiveness guide line, decision-making capability guide line and operation effective guide line. The first guide line shows system characteristic and the other three shows the guide lines that are relative of campaign.Then, familiar evaluation methods are shown, and the evaluation method based on index'relation is brought forward. Academic analysis and the steps of carrying into execution are explained detailedly. There are two types of relation in guide lines: comparative relation and effective/ reliant relation. From these two aspects, the thesis brings out the evaluation method of based guide lines'relation. The steps of carrying into execution are two: calculating effective/ reliant mace and comparative mace. Detail steps are shown and explained.At last, the index system and evaluation method brought out by this thesis are modeled, designed and carried out. This thesis designs the interface that connects evaluation system and C4ISR system. The connecting brought out in this thesis make evaluation system not depend on special C4ISR system. The input and store of guide line system are also designed. So, users can easily amend and input the guide line system. The evaluation arithmetic based on guide lines'relation is designed. This makes matrix calculation easy to users. The evaluated data is shown, and how to show the evaluated result is also designed and carried out. |
