Automatic gun tower can replace people on duty to automatically track and lock targets,assess and strike in time.While greatly improving the combat capability of weapons,it also improves the defense capabilities of islands and military bases.This protects the integrity of national sovereignty.It plays an important role and has become one of the main points of research in various countries.Based on the theoretical analysis of impact effectiveness evaluation,this paper proposes an attack effectiveness algorithm suitable for real-time evaluation;designed the structure and performed finite element analysis and optimization of the structure;and verified the structure through dynamic simulation analysis.Theoretical research on the evaluation of strike effectiveness.Based on the characteristics of individual soldiers,a strike effectiveness assessment criterion for towers was established for real-time assessment.The comprehensive damage algorithm for short-range targets within 100 m and the multi-target strike efficiency beyond 100 m under the comprehensive factors were proposed for the first time,and the long-range evaluation criteria were simulated and verified.The main performance parameters of the automatic turret were obtained based on the evaluation of the strike effectiveness.Based on this,the top-down design method was used to design the azimuth axis structure and the pitch axis structure;The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used.The transient impact analysis method and rigid body dynamics analysis method are carried out to test the pitch and azimuth axis system in this structure,and obtain the optimization target.The multi-objective optimization method and the quality optimization method under multiple operating conditions are used to optimize the design of the optimization target and obtain a design model that meets the accuracy requirements;Use ADAMS software to perform motion simulation on the pitch axis system and azimuth axis system of the structure.Loaded with four different motion functions of rocking motion,uniform speed motion,uniform deceleration motion and uniform acceleration motion,the maximum output torques of the two shafting systems under different conditions were obtained,which provided an important reference for the selection of the motor.
