| As national environmental standards improving , large flue gas desulfurization industry in thermal power plant from the end of the 20th century came into being . Smoking desulfuration absorber towr is the Key equipment in the wet off-gas desulfurization process. Then the structural design of the tower becomes one of the core content on wet desulfurization process. At present there is no ready-made fully applicable to the design norms to be followed . Especially about the seismic calculation of structure there lacks of theoretical analysis and guidance ,largely dependent on engineering experience .Taking a practical example ,the finite element 3-D model of smoking desulfuration absorber tower is established in this pape by Patran/Nastran in this paper.The free-vibration characteristic of the structure is obtained by performing vibration mode analysis. The distribution characteristic of this structural stiffnss and the reason why there are a lot of mode shapes of local vibration have been analyzed. The elastic time-history analysis considering desulfurization liquid or not is applied to analyze the seismic response under frequently-occurred earthquake. The results including the maximal roof horizontal displacement, roof acceleration, base shear, stress, etc are obtained under two natural earthquake waves and an artificial wave. By comparing the size of the seismic action and analyze if the effect of inertia force caused by the desulfurization liquid under earthquake should be ignored. According to the most unfavorable processing condition, the nonlinear time history analysis under severe earthquake is conducted.in order to ensure no larger plastic deformation and strength failure.Simplified models of this struce under earthquake is proposed.The establishment of the principle and the rationality of it is offered. In the end the analysis of buckling about this struce is carried out.Analytical Method and the finite element analysis are used to calculate the critical capacity of the shell. The effect of desulfurization liquid how to impact stable calculation is discussed. After taking appropriate safety factors ,the compressive stress under seismic wave are compared with critical capacity. The tower losing steady and destroying will not appear under frequently-occurred earthquake .There are some strength storage under severe earthquake. |
