SP company is a member of the many Bosch companies in China Region,according to the product category,SP company belongs to the Bosch Group's automobile and intelligent transportation.As the role of the auto parts manufacturer in China,it has a great contribution to the continuous development of China auto manufacturing.Spark plug is one of the products in SP company.For the moment,the company's products are sold to many Chinese automobile manufacturing industries,which is also included many international companies with big brand and local Chinese automobile manufacturers.After the Reform and opening,China has opened a new chapter,with the rapid development of the national economy,the growth of the national average per capita disposable increased steadily.Relying on the rapid economic development,many international/domestic automobile and auto-parts manufacturers have joined the competition in the automobile market.China has entered the era if automobiles,more and more ordinary consumers have automobiles.The production and sales volume of major manufacturers present a fast and steady growth,the competition is increasingly fierce.However,after experiencing a period of rapid growth rapid with the prosperity,there will be a turning point.After all,high-speed growth cannot last forever.In 2018,due to the less demand from the automobile market,declared the coming of transition period.How to face up to the challenges involved in the transition period is the common issue that all the Chinese automobile manufacturers must have to face.Behind the support of each company to conquer this issue is a series of detailed strategy formulations,and the core of strategy formulation must be around the company's product.Therefore,a detailed evaluation of the competitiveness of its product is particularly important and it is the foundation of strategy formulation.The research topic of the paper is the product competitiveness evaluation of SP company.Firstly,it introduces the development of the company,explains the structure type of the product and expounds the necessity of the competitiveness evaluation of the company's products.Through the review of relevant theories and literature,a product competitiveness evaluation system for SP company's product is formulated.By the weight of the index system which is calculated by expert evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive competitiveness ranking of each product could be obtained.Based on this information,a quantitative analysis of SP company's product competitiveness will be made in order to get the result of advantages and disadvantages of SP company's product competitiveness.The analysis result will also help to propose effective strategic suggestions for the future development of SP company,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the company and adapt to the transition of China automobile market quickly.The research of the paper has a relatively important guiding role of SP company to expand the market and develop the company's competitive strategy.What's more,it some useful and meaningful references for other companies.
