| Under the background of reform and opening-up of our country economy showed a trend of rapid development,enterprise scale,quantity,quality and improved,made in China to create in China gradually,especially in the "difference planning" and "vision 2035" start,modern information technology such as artificial intelligence,big data will become the core of China’s new economic development,these have laid a solid guarantee for manufacturing upgrade optimization.Of course,in the context of world economic integration,Chinese enterprises are facing severe competitive pressure,and the traditional manufacturing industry is facing great challenges.Advanced management concepts and efficient performance management system play an important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,which can effectively improve the level of internal control and management of enterprises,stimulate the potential of employees,ensure the smooth realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises,and realize the sustainable development of enterprises.In terms of performance management assessment,target and Key achievements OKR(Objectives and Key Results)is a commonly used method,it is mainly used for measuring target enterprise,individual and consistency,this method can better realize the unity of employees and enterprise,to inspire staff potential,to achieve the interests of the enterprise at the same time meeting the demand of individual employees.OKR is presented in this paper,on the basis of performance management theory to explore,using interview method,literature method and in-depth analysis on the way to the enterprise performance management issues,such as,at the same time,on the premise of theoretical research,manufacturing company Y,for example,the performance of the company planning,evaluation,implementation and results feedback,etc.,and from the staff awareness,management system,enterprise performance management culture,technology platform four aspects to analyze the causes of the problem.On this basis,through the review of relevant literature,with Y Company’s performance management system optimization as the purpose,combined with OKR daily standard and key results method,the objectives and tasks of each link of performance management are defined.Finally,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies,such as in-depth communication between superiors and subordinates,joint formulation of performance plan,increasing performance guidance to improve the quality and efficiency of performance management,replacing simple assessment with comprehensive performance evaluation,highlighting spiritual motivation in the feedback and application of performance results. |
