Production costs account for a large proportion of the total cost of manufacturing enterprises,so the control of production costs is an effective way for many enterprises to control costs,analysis of wages and benefits,manufacturing costs,the focus is not on the production link.However,the proportion of production costs in domestic productive enterprises is often more than 60 percent,indicating that production cost control for enterprise cost control has a very important significance.The target company studied in this paper,S Company,is a joint venture in the manufacturing of auto parts,which combines research and development,processing,manufacturing and sales.Under the realistic conditions of rapid economic development,auto parts manufacturing has also made great progress,and quickly integrated into the global production system.With the national attention to industrial modernization,the auto parts manufacturing industry is also facing fierce competition,while in the fierce market competition,auto parts enterprise operators are facing unprecedented challenges.For S company,in order to survive and develop in the fierce competition market,strengthen production cost management,to achieve cost-saving efficiency is the inevitable choice of its sustainable development.Combined with their own work experience and data collected,this paper expounds the theory of production cost control,investigates and analyzes the current situation of production cost control of S company,and finds out the problems existing in the current situation by using certain investigation methods,and analyzes the causes according to the specific problems.On the basis of analysis and summary,the theory and practice of production cost control are put forward Combined with international work,this paper systematically studies several aspects that have important influence on production cost control,and then puts forward the improvement countermeasures of production cost control suitable for s company.Finally,it provides reference and basis for s company to obtain better economic benefits,improve the company's competitive strength and ensure the long-term development of the company.
