With the continuous progress and development of our country,the power industry is also advancing rapidly,and various power generation technologies such as hydropower,wind power,bio-power generation and nuclear power are all rushing in.The related management system and the operation mechanism of power construction are gradually improving.At present,power engineering has gradually merged with tangible buildings,which makes the power industry more competitive and becomes more and more important for the management and control of power engineering cost.Here,the electric power enterprises should adapt to the changes of the market in a better state,improve their competitiveness,and strengthen the management and control of the power project cost,which makes the power project cost more in line with the standard,more scientific,standardized and reasonable.In the process of power project cost management,it is necessary to take the decision-making,design,bidding and construction as the key points to control the project cost,and analyze the existing problems and influencing factors in the process of power project cost management.From the practical point of view,this paper analyzes and studies the cost management and control in the process of X project construction,finds out the existing problems,analyzes and discusses the problems and gives relevant solutions.Cost management and control is a systematic project in the process of engineering construction,which needs a comprehensive way.The management and control of engineering cost in engineering construction is not only to reduce the cost of engineering construction,but also to solve the problems existing in investment management,so that the management of engineering investment can be continuously optimized and the investment efficiency can be improved.It provides reference value for the standardization of engineering cost in the future.
