Research On The Measurement And Guarantee Of Energy Security Level Of Countries Along The “Belt And Road”

Energy is the basis for the progress of modern society.Energy security is a key component of national security with a global and strategic nature.The issue of energy security has become an important issue for all countries in the 21 st century.There are a large number of countries along the Belt and Road Initiatives with abundant energy resources,energy production,consumption and trade activities are dynamic,and the energy economy is prosperous.At the same time,due to the strategic nature of energy resources,numerous participating countries,prominent ecological damage and geopolitical reasons,the issue of energy security in countries along the B&R has become increasingly important.This essay takes “the energy security level measurement and assurance research of countries along the B&R” as the research object.First,the essay discusses the concept and connotation of energy security,and conducts a theoretical analysis of the energy security of countries along the B&R.Secondly,from the perspectives of the connotation of energy security and energy security strategy,the essay conducts a situation analysis of the energy security of countries along the B&R.Finally,the essay builds an energy security evaluation index system covering five dimensions: reserve security,production and transmission security,trade security,consumption security and sustainability,and integrate entropy method,gray correlation analysis method and TOPSIS method into a set of scientific evaluation methods.Then this essay measures the comprehensive level of energy security of countries along the B&R,and makes different dimensions of analysis.Based on the results of the evaluation,countermeasures and suggestions such as optimizing the energy security level of countries along the B&R and building a multilateral energy security dialogue and cooperation framework are proposed.
