in recent years,with the development of power electronics technology,micro motor production technology has developed from the previous mechanical and electrical technology stage to the modern highly integrated digital electronic stage.Because there are many kinds of micromotors and they are widely used,the performance of driving motor power supply should be more perfect.The three-phase square wave power supply of gyro motor researched in this paper is based on the motor running in monitoring system project of a certain Aerospace Institute.In order to ensure the stable operation of the motor running in monitoring system,high-performance gyro power supply is an indispensable power supply equipment.Gyro motor is a kind of three-phase AC asynchronous motor in essence,so it is necessary to design a special motor which is not only three-phase AC asynchronous motor,but also considering the working characteristics of gyro motor,so as to make the gyro rotor run stably and work reliably.Then,the design scheme of three-phase power supply prototype is introduced to improve the signal integrity of three-phase power supply The concept of signal integrity is introduced by analyzing the influence of voltage or current changing through signal transmission line on product performance.The theoretical knowledge of signal integrity involved in three-phase power supply is introduced in detail,mainly including the generation and suppression of signal quality,transmission line concept,crosstalk noise,reflection noise and other problems.Finally,the crosstalk,reflection termination and optimization of power supply are analyzed by Hyper Lynx simulation software The function and performance of the optimized power supply are tested,and the data before and after the optimization are compared to verify the simulation design method.Through the test and analysis of the function and performance of the power supply system,the function and performance of the three-phase square wave power supply system meet the requirements of various indicators,and has reliable and stable control performance.Finally,after the actual product test of the gyro motor,it can be well applied to the power supply of the gyro motor.The signal integrity of the power supply system is also improved after theoretical analysis,simulation verification and physical test It can reduce the system noise and avoid the influence of signal noise on the measurement of product parameters.Finally,it can be applied to engineering products and solve practical engineering problems.
