In motor drive systems,gate drivers are often used in conjunction with N-type power MOSFETS to provide the high current that drives the motor to work.As one of the typical applications of three-phase motor drive,under the demand of miniaturization and high energy efficiency,high efficiency,high frequency and high reliability drive mode has become an important direction of research.It is widely used in intelligent home appliances,new energy vehicles and aerospace military industry.In this thesis,a power integrated chip for driving three-phase motor is designed.The working voltage of the chip is 10 V ~ 20 V,and it can be compatible with CMOS or TTL logic input signals of 3.3 V ~ 5 V,and the output has the function of dead zone to protect the external circuit half bridge arm.This thesis focuses on the following aspects:1.Firstly,the overall architecture of the chip is determined,and the design of the half-bridge driver in the three-phase motor driver chip is carried out.The key module of the half-bridge is optimized.With the increase of the frequency of the input signal,noise crosstalk will occur in the circuit,and different noise suppression methods are adopted for different high and low side circuits.2.Then focus on the design of the current amplifier,mainly AB type of output design in the face of power supply voltage 10 V~20 V wide range of changes,the circuit should have static power consumption is small,dynamic has a large current function.this article based on CSMC 1 μm 600 V BCD process platform.3.In order to ensure the circuit safety in the case of insufficient power supply voltage and power tube current is too large,this thesis designs undervoltage and overcurrent protection circuit,as well as logic judgment and zero clearing module.4.To analyze the overall simulation index in the drive,and map the circuit.Some points for attention in layout design are listed,and the whole circuit post simulation is completed,and the circuit is modified and summarized by comparing the simulation of before and post.After the imitation results show that the circuit design meets the requirements,and the circuit flow chip.
