Electrical test is an important means for the safe and stable operation of electrical system and an important guarantee for the safe operation of electrical workers by detecting the insulation,withstand voltage and other properties of electrical equipment used in industrial production to ensure the safe and reliable performance of electrical equipment and insulation protection appliances.At present,the power supply devices in the electrical test instruments used in the electrical test work in China generally have problems such as large volume,manual voltage regulation can not ensure the accuracy and stability of the output voltage,large switching loss,easy equipment failure,poor system robustness and so on,which is not conducive to ensuring the safe operation of the electrical test work and the accuracy and reliability of the test results,And it may cause the tested equipment to be damaged in the test work,so the electrical test equipment,especially the power supply device generating high voltage,needs to be improved.Aiming at the practical problems existing in the current electrical test work in the industrial production site,a research and design scheme for switching high voltage DC power supply is proposed.In combination with 6kV electrical test standard,the design index is formulated,the output voltage reaches 50kV,and the power level is determined as 5kW.Through the design of input rectifier,filter and inverter in the main circuit of high voltage DC power supply system,the output voltage of the system can reach 50kV and ensure the stability and accuracy of the output voltage;The miniaturization of the system volume is realized by realizing high frequency,and the LLC resonant conversion circuit is added to reduce the switching loss of the system and improve the power conversion efficiency of the system;Through the research on the control level circuit and the analysis of different control strategies,a reasonable choice is made to complete the design of the system control part.Finally,the simulation circuit is built by MATLAB software,and the rationality and feasibility of the design are verified by comparing and analyzing the output waveform of each link of the circuit.Through the analysis of MATLAB software simulation results,the output voltage of the system can reach 50kV,the output is accurate and stable,the fastest boost speed can meet the requirements of performance indicators,reduce ripple coefficient and switching loss.Through the analysis of a series of waveforms and data,it is proved that the designed switching DC power supply system is feasible.Figure[78]Table[9]Reference[51]...
