With the continuous development and change of economy,China's industrial structure has entered the stage of deep adjustment.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of construction projects is conducive to the improvement of project management level.However,due to the industry characteristics and CS company's own operation and management,the company's performance assessment of project managers is relatively relaxed and cannot meet the needs of market development.CS company needs to improve the performance appraisal system of project management personnel,so as to ultimately enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise.In view of this,in this paper,starting from the related theory of performance evaluation,combined with related working experience in project department,in order to target management(MBO)as the basis of performance evaluation index system,the balanced scorecard method(BSC)as a framework,by the method of key performance indicators(KPI)to form core,and build a set of targeted project management personnel performance evaluation system.The research conclusions of this paper not only help to improve the management level of CS company and enhance the company's core competitiveness,but also hope to provide some reference for other construction companies to improve the performance assessment of project managers.
