Research On Green Construction Risk Management Of Construction Projects

With the rapid development of economy and urbanization,the construction industry has become the pillar of China's national economy,but the speed of resource consumption is very huge.Statistics show that energy consumption in China's construction industry accounts for one third of the total production consumption.There are fewer energy-saving buildings in new buildings,and the qualified rate of energy-saving buildings is low.The actual energy consumption of buildings is also much higher than the level of western countries.Such extensive development will lead to environmental pollution,resource depletion,energy crisis and other problems.In order to realize the "sustainable" development of environment,resources and energy,the development of green building and prefabricated building has been strengthened all over the country.A large number of competitive enterprises have emerged in the industry.The sustainable development of the construction industry has become a new direction for future exploration.In this context,the active implementation of theoretical and practical research on green risk and the promotion of the prevention and control level of green risk in the construction process of construction projects will have a profound impact on promoting the high-quality development of China's construction industry and breaking the current situation of high pollution,high consumption and rough development of the construction industry.Construction activities in the construction stage of a construction project have serious pollution,the most concentrated consumption of resources and energy,the greatest degree of environmental change on site,and a long duration.Therefore,this thesis chooses the construction stage of a construction project as the research scope of green risk management.In order to save resources and reduce the negative impact on the environment to the greatest extent,and promote the realization of the goal of green construction,this thesis sorts out the relevant contents of green construction,green construction risk and project risk management theory.On this basis,through the methods of literature research,expert interview and project case investigation,the green construction risk factors of 17 construction projects,including dust risk,green building materials use risk,green management implementation risk,etc.,were identified.Then in the preliminary establishment of the construction project of green construction based on risk factors,through questionnaire survey to collect data,using the factor analysis method to extract the common factor of green construction risk factors and to naming,including resource utilization,environmental pollution,construction technology,project management,energy use five aspects of risk.Finally,combined with the actual project cases,while briefly describing the specific implementation situation of the project,the corresponding risk prevention and control measures are proposed for the above five aspects of risks.In this thesis,the green construction process of risk management research based on the general theory on the basis of the engineering project risk management,to reduce construction project construction process to a waste of resources and damage to the environment,to promote the construction project is of reference value to achieve green construction goal,for the sustainable development of the industry also has a certain practical significance.
