Urban Community Park Planning And Design Research

In recent years,China has successively issued the Urban Green Space Design Code(GB50420-2007),the Urban Land Classification and Planning Construction Land Standard(GB50137-2011)and other national standards and standards,and officially implemented the Urban Green Space Classification Standard(CJ/T 85-2017)in June 2018.In the new version of "Green Label"(CJ/T 85-2017),urban community park(G12)is placed under the urban park green space(G1)as the middle category.Urban community park is an important part of urban green space system,which plays a vital role in improving urban ecology,enhancing urban quality and improving residents' quality of life.At the present stage,the urban community park mainly undertakes the service function of landscape beautification and daily recreation.But with the improvement of the residents' material level,the pursuit of spiritual culture is increasing day by day,and the requirements of the urban community park are also improving.The key to transformation and upgrading is to create an urban community park based on park landscape,with community culture and regional characteristics as the main axis,highlighting the theme of community park,and both improving environmental quality,beautifying the landscape,health and recreation,publicity and science popularization.Through literature research,this paper sorts out the connotation and theoretical basis of urban community park,and sorts out the research progress of urban community park planning and design from three aspects: basic functions,planning and design,and space evaluation.In terms of basic functions,urban community parks should focus on ecology,appreciation,society,health and sports.In the planning and design,the landscape form of urban community park can develop towards the direction of "spatial" and "three-dimensional".In terms of space evaluation,urban community parks should consider convenience,comfort and human nature as a whole.The case study of three urban community parks at home and abroad is carried out,and the field research of seven community parks in Jinan(Huapu Park,Yanzishan Community Central Park,Shunyu Park,Lingxiu Park,Huangtai Park,Tangye Park,Luneng No.7 Park)is carried out.Through case analysis and field investigation in phases the advantages and characteristics of urban community park as well as the problems and deficiency,summarizes the city community park planning and design method,the overall planning and design process of the landscape elements of harmony,integrity,and human nature between processing,combining natural ecology and community,highlight the characteristics of urban community theme park.Completed the planning and design scheme of Jinan Wanxiang Community Park.From the location analysis,site base analysis,park design concept and principles,planning and design basis,planning and design scheme and special design and other aspects of Jinan Wanxiang Community Park are elaborated in detail.The historical background of "pastoral farming" was obtained through in-depth analysis of the location and base site of the community park,and it was taken as the theme of the Wanxiang community park.Following the design concept of interdependence among humanity,landscape and ecology,the road traffic system,water system and landscape nodes are rationally arranged to form the overall layout of "one ring,three cores and multiple points".In the special design,the theme of "Pastoral Agriculture" community park is highlighted everywhere,using wheat,rice and other horticultural ornamental plants to create pastoral landscape,setting up agricultural exhibition halls and cultural corridors to publicize knowledge related to rural agriculture,and designing a logo system with symbols of "Pastoral Agriculture" elements.Jinan Wanxiang Community Park organically integrates the cultural landscape of "pastoral farming" with the natural landscape of gardens,highlighting the community culture of Wanxiang and the regional characteristics of Jinan.
