Community Theme Park Design Research

As an important part of "Park City" construction,community park is the soft power of community environment construction,and the theme transformation of community park is the main way to improve its quality.This paper selects 15 community parks in Jingtian District of Shenzhen City as the research object.First,it analyzes the current situation of the construction,and there are some problems such as the imperfect construction of "theme group",the lack of innovation characteristics and the lack of daily care for community residents.Then,it takes the community "theme park" as the starting point to optimize its design,including improving the "theme group" of community park and building an ecological technology-based society District theme park(Air office park,Sponge Park,Energy park)and community theme park(X-sports Park,Space-time Park,Gravity Park).Finally,the social effects caused by the community theme park are expounded: the enhancement of connectivity,the expansion of experience and the promotion of participation,aiming to create a harmonious living environment and make a positive exploration for the construction of the community theme park.
