Research On The Planning And Design Of Tea Theme Park

Tea gardens in China are rich in resources and have a long history of tea culture.In recent years,with the upsurge of agricultural landscape development,the way of planning and construction of tea garden combined with tourism projects has developed rapidly,and achieved a certain degree of ecological landscape,social impact and economic efficiency.At present,the relatively common independent tea theme landscape mainly includes leisure sightseeing tea garden relying on the tea field environment,Tea Culture Exposition Garden relying on regional culture,tea culture museum combining architecture and gardens,lacking the landscape system combining the three.How to build a comprehensive tea theme park with tea landscape as the base,tea culture and regional culture as the vein,highlighting the city's characteristics as the purpose,and integrating economic production,leisure tourism,popular science publicity and participation experience is the breakthrough point in the transformation and upgrading of tea garden landscape.Based on the study and summary of the existing literature,this paper summarizes the development of tea garden landscape at home and abroad.From the aspects of landscape composition,beauty evaluation,landscape type,construction and management mode,this paper explores the basic theory and development context of tea theme park planning and design theory,and formulates the research methods and techniques of tea theme park.Route of operation.This paper investigates and studies tea garden landscape in many areas of China,including Chaling Chinese Tea Ancestor Culture Park,Fujian Chinese Wuyi Tea Expo Garden,Zhejiang China Tea Museum,Zhejiang Laolongjing 18 Imperial Tea Gardens and Jiangxi Fenghuanggou Tea Sea.Based on the analysis of the layout,characteristics and shortcomings of tea garden landscape planning and design investigated by the institute,the theory and method of tea theme park planning and design are summarized.The design theory includes teatheory,landscape ecology theory,landscape aesthetics theory and sustainable development theory.From site selection,layout zoning,road and pavement design,architecture and sketch design,bid.The design method of knowledge system is discussed in many aspects.The planning and design scheme of Rizhao Dunling Park has been completed.The scheme has been analyzed and elaborated from the aspects of planning and design concept and principle,design basis,planning layout and functional zoning,special design and main scenic spots design.Dunling Park integrates all kinds of tea theme landscape,and integrates tea field landscape,tea museum,tea house,natural villages and tea culture exposition sketches into a comprehensive planning.Through the analysis of the surrounding environment and the terrain of the base site,the functional areas are divided,the road,vertical,water body design and the location layout of the scenic spots are carried out,and the overall layout structure of "one ring,three patches,five districts and many points" is formed.The garden buildings and sketches highlight the application of "tea" symbols.Through the rich setting of horticultural facilities,the monotonous winter landscape in the north is solved and the seasonal characteristics of the park are perfected.Rizhao Dunling Park integrates tea field landscape,garden landscape,tea culture,natural landscape and human landscape into the park environment,highlighting the theme and regional characteristics.
