As an indispensable resource in production and life,the safety of water resources has always been paid attention to.With the increasing development of economy and society,urbanization continues to improve,and the problem of drinking water in villages and towns has become increasingly prominent.This thesis analyzes the existing water supply problems in a county of Shandong Province.The main problem of water supply in this area is that the water distribution network in the village is not perfect,and the centralized water supply in the village makes it very inconvenient for villagers to use water.Water shortage is serious,water protection and water quality detection are weak,and most of the pipeline sections in township areas are aging.The pipeline network in some areas of the city is shallow and easy to freeze in winter.The coverage rate of pipeline network in Xidong Town,linchi Town,Weiqiao town and Qingyang Town is low.According to the total water consumption index of unit population,the daily water consumption of The city in the near and long term is predicted to be 74500 m3 and8.68m~3.In the process of urban planning,the pipeline network is planned and designed according to the specification of 0.28mpa service water head at the most unfavorable point and0.10MPa water pressure for fire fighting(the most unfavorable point);in non urban areas,the pipeline network is planned and designed according to the specification of 0.2MPa access point.According to the characteristics of large scale,long water delivery distance,no complex terrain,and being a key project related to people's livelihood,PE pipe(HDPE,PE100)is used for small pipeline,ductile iron pipe(more than 600mm)is used for large pipeline,and PE pipe is used for fire fighting,with a diameter of 200 mm.The design flow of the booster pump station of the project is q=2600m3/D,and the land use index is 0.3m2/m3/d,so the land use of the pump station is 780m2.The first phase investment of the project is 74.7046 million yuan,and the second phase investment is254.8358 million yuan.According to the national economic evaluation,the internal rate of return of the pipeline network investment project is higher than the social discount rate;the economic net present value is more than 0;the economic benefit cost ratio is more than 1.0.Therefore,the anti risk ability of this project is relatively high.In order to ensure the efficient implementation of the project,it is suggested that the relevant units attach great importance to and strongly support the project,and add the project to the annual national economic implementation plan,so as to ensure that the planning funds are in place.
