As a kind of rehabilitation training product with good support performance,the walker can meet the functional requirements of assisting the human body,bearing weight,maintaining balance and walking.As a kind of automated rehabilitation medical equipment,walking aids help patients to perform scientific and effective rehabilitation training to prevent muscle atrophy of lower limbs caused by prolonged bed rest,and at the same time stimulate the compensation of brain nerves,reorganize brain nerve functions,and achieve partial recovery.A detailed understanding of the various development stages of walking aids,a comprehensive comparison of the walking aids designed and developed by domestic and foreign scientific research institutes and enterprises,analysis shows that most of these walking aids have problems such as complicated operation,high cost and inconvenient carrying.Regarding the shortcomings of current walkers,the purpose of this article is to develop a foldable walker that is versatile and easy to carry.This topic is based on human factors engineering,taking the elderly as the research object,and referring to the body size of the elderly,to initially determine the functions and appearance structure of the walker.On the basis of meeting the necessary conditions,the elderly walking aid designed in this thesis has the functions of supporting walking,sitting rest and folding.At the same time,the appearance and color design can meet the psychological needs of the elderly.After drawing the basic structure sketch,using Solid Works modeling,based on the principle of lightweight,aluminum alloy will be used as the main material of the walker;use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to perform finite element analysis on the virtual prototype of the walker to verify the structure Whether the stiffness and strength meet the mechanical requirements,the size of the walker can be detected and optimized,so as to achieve the purpose of safe use.Use JACK software to perform man-machine simulation analysis on the walker to ensure the comfort and safety of the walker.Finally,through the construction of the control system,the walker designed in this thesis has multiple functions such as obstacle avoidance,automatic following,positioning,etc.,to realize care and help for the elderly.
