There are a great deal of drainage pipes in China,which are limited by factors such as construction technology in the construction era,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of today’s safety performance.Moreover,old drainage pipes and canals may bring potential safety hazards of land subsidence,which need to be strengthened urgently.Retrofit.Carrying out the renovation and maintenance of existing drainage pipes and canals has a positive effect,which can not only improve the urban water supply and drainage capacity,but also is an important direction for the development of urbanization in my country.Aiming at the problems of low detection and evaluation efficiency,lack of original data,and inadequate quality control in old drainage pipeline reconstruction projects,this paper introduces 3D scanning reverse BIM technology to provide a reference scheme for the reconstruction of existing drainage pipes and channels.The point cloud data of the pipes and canals,and the BIM modeling method is constructed in reverse through the point clouds,and the application of the existing drainage pipes and canals is carried out.3D scanning reverse BIM technology can realize the efficient utilization and integrated retention of information,and BIM technology can be used as a management tool for fine-tuning management.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research the characteristics,scope of application,advantages,and pain points of traditional 3D scanning reverse BIM technology.The application of reverse BIM technology in testing,design,construction,operation and maintenance stages provides theoretical support.(2)Based on the 3D scanning point cloud data,the process and method of building a BIM model in reverse based on a series of software such as BIMMAKE are studied to realize the conversion of the point cloud model to the BIM model.(3)Study the applicability of 3D scanning technology in the detection of drainage pipe and canal defects,and propose the application process and concept of 3D scanning technology in drainage pipe and canal defect detection.(4)Taking a drainage pipeline in an urban area as an example,the 3D scanning reverse BIM technology is used to establish a solid model for the basic conditions of the existing underground pipelines.Provide technical reference for the reinforcement and repair of urban underground pipes.(5)Fuzzy evaluation of the benefits of this technology was carried out,and a comparative analysis was made with the traditional management mode and the management mode that only applied 3D scanning technology,so as to obtain the application benefit optimization of 3D scanning reverse BIM technology.
