Exploration And Practice Of Operation And Maintenance Mode Of Urban Underground Pipeline Unified Project

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the construction of urban underground pipelines is developing rapidly,but the problems in the management of underground pipelines are also increasing.Improving the management level of urban underground pipelines and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of cities are the key points that urban managers and pipeline operators need to pay close attention to.How to ensure the integrity and functionality of infrastructure,such as the operation,inspection,maintenance,repair and emergency repair of urban underground pipelines and ancillary facilities,is an important link to ensure that underground pipeline operators provide high-quality services and maximize operating benefits.Based on the theory of project management,this paper takes the unified project operation and maintenance mode of urban underground pipelines as the research object.Firstly,by combing the relevant literature and studying the relevant case studies at home and abroad,the classification,characteristics,management situation of urban underground pipelines and the influence of underground pipelines on urban operation are summarized.Focus Area B,Furthermore,the present situation of underground pipeline management in Area B is described,and the existing problems and causes of underground pipelines in Area B are analyzed in depth.Then,from time,cost,quality and other dimensions,the operation and maintenance mode of the unified underground pipeline project in Area B is divided into several factors,which are compared with the traditional operation and maintenance mode of underground pipelines.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,development prospects and existing risks of several factors,and the SWOT analysis model of the operation and maintenance mode of the unified underground pipeline project in Area B is constructed.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to further quantitatively analyze the factors in the SWOT analysis model,and a pair comparison matrix is constructed.Determine the weight of strengths,weaknesses,development prospects and existing risks in SWOT analysis model,and realize comprehensive analysis from qualitative to quantitative.Finally,draw the strategic analysis chart of unified project operation and maintenance mode in Area B,and verify the feasibility of unified project operation and maintenance mode.In the future,the coordinated,open and shared unified project operation and maintenance mode will become the development trend of regional underground pipeline operation and maintenance.Through the organic combination of "unified operation and maintenance" and "regional management",the operation and maintenance capability,quality and efficiency of urban underground pipelines will be comprehensively improved.Ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of urban underground pipelines.Break the existing operation and maintenance mode through "unified operation and maintenance" and "regional management",optimize,integrate and unify the operation and maintenance teams in the region,establish unified operation and maintenance standards,realize the open sharing of high-quality operation and maintenance resources and advanced operation and maintenance capabilities,and bring into play the scale benefits of underground pipeline operation and maintenance.
