Research On The Evaluation System Of Public Space Landscape In Jinan Old Community

The public space of the old community is closely related to the daily life of the residents living in it.It not only contains the space carrier for the residents’ free use,but also contains a series of social activities produced by the residents on the space carrier,which has the dual characteristics of materiality and sociality.With the development of society and the improvement of residents’ living standards,the public space in the old community has been unable to meet the increasing needs of residents for diversified use,and it is in urgent need of renovation and upgrading.,state and local government issued policies and standards to support public space of older communities,under the background of the academic circles in the public space of older communities also produce the related problems of related research,but to reform the evaluation research has focused on building interior space and the overall economic benefit evaluation research,The lack of evaluation research on the use feeling from the perspective of landscape architecture discipline,and the current domestic relevant standards for the reconstruction of old residential areas only have "yes or no" judgment on the reconstruction content and the lack of evaluation on the quality level of the reconstruction results,which affects the in-depth promotion of the reconstruction of old residential areas to a certain extent.Therefore,How to construct a scientific and perfect landscape evaluation system has become a new subject of theoretical research related to the reconstruction of public space in the old community.Paper embarks from the perspective of landscape architecture discipline,the first reference to public space transformation and the mature theory of landscape evaluation,and generates the old community public space is the main landscape evaluation method and model,namely the AHP method as the main building of landscape evaluation method and SPSS factor analysis and expert consultation method as the evaluation model for the auxiliary method;Secondly,combined with the actual survey results of the public space in the old community of Jinan,the preliminary screening of evaluation indicators,a total of 34 evaluation indicators were screened.Then,SPSS factor analysis was used to select 29 evaluation indexes,which were classified into six categories: frontier,social,aesthetic,safety,ecological and functional.Delphi expert consulting method was used to construct a judgment matrix in pairs,and the weight of evaluation indexes was calculated by expert scoring table.Finally according to the design specification and the expert’s rich the grade will be a large number of qualitative indexes into quantifiable quantitative indicators,determines the evaluation level,the evaluation index of the four completed of old residential public space landscape evaluation system construction and select the 2020 national emphasis of older communities in cities and towns of the pilot-teachnolosy of Alexander five dormitories for practical application: Using evaluation system to evaluate village before and after the transformation of the public space,in view of the evaluation results were analyzed to explore,to the evaluation results after transforming the community public space has yet to reach the "target" in the ranks of5 indexes by specific optimization strategy,and through the evaluation of the practical application process summed up the old community public space landscape evaluation system application methods.By constructing the public space landscape evaluation system of the old community,this paper aims to enrich the theories related to the reconstruction of the public space of the old community and the landscape evaluation of the residential area on the one hand,so as to provide reference and reference for future researchers exploring the public space evaluation of the old community or other types of residential area.On the other hand,it can clearly reflect the overall level of the reconstruction,making the acceptance evaluation of the results of the reconstruction of the old community public space more scientific and accurate,improving the quality and efficiency of the acceptance work,and conducive to the overall progress and development of the reconstruction of the old community in Jinan City.
