With the steady development of the distributed photovoltaic industry,the competition among enterprises is also fierce,and the roof,the key carrier of the development of distributed photovoltaic,has been attached great importance and seized one after another.Traditionally,companies have found,traded and developed roofs offline.This way of working is inefficient,each roof needs to rely on their own strength to survey,analysis,market development costs are high,can not be large-scale promotion,and the enterprise bears all the risks.In the era of mobile Internet,it is a social trend to look up and share information through mobile phones.Many people in the industry are thinking about how to make the development of distributed photovoltaic closer to the network era to improve the work efficiency of the industry.As a group of photovoltaic practitioners for many years,senior executives of M company hope to improve their work efficiency by combining online and offline methods.They release roof information,deal with roof and communicate with each other online,and conduct field investigation and review of roof information offline to form an efficient information closed loop online and offline.Therefore,the distributed photovoltaic roof information platform of M company is established.This paper studies the operation risk management of M company to improve the success rate of this project.Firstly,this paper introduces the internal environment and current situation of risk management of M company,so as to have an overall understanding and knowledge of the current control risk situation of M company.Then,the operational risk planning of M company was carried out,and the possible risks of the business process,the risks of the service content provided and the risks of internal communication and arrangement were identified by the method of item list,flow chart and internal analysis method.For the identified risk factors,the questionnaire survey method was used to consult internal and external experts of the enterprise,and the experts evaluated the risk degree of each factor;After that,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the weight of various risk factors quantitatively and qualitatively,rank and classify the risk levels,and determine the probability of M company's operation and management in each risk level.Then the countermeasures and specific implementing units are proposed for the factors that are assessed as A class A risk level.Finally,the risk warning indicators are established,and the risk warning system method is adopted to alert the risks that reach the warning interval,timely monitor the risks,and ensure the success of the project.Through the study of M company's operation risk management,it is found that the risk of operation management is high.Product risk and risk weighting partners contribute more than 60%,the product quality risk of roof resources is the biggest of the operational risk,partner at professional level of risk,followed by considering the degree of professional practice partner will affect the quality of roof resources,professional promotion and management of partners should particularly pay attention to.This paper establishes a set of M company's operational risk management system,including risk planning,identification,evaluation,management and monitoring,which is helpful for M company to achieve its operational goals and improve the risk management awareness of M company's project members.The research paper can also be used for reference to other similar projects and promote the success of the project.
