| Photovoltaic power generation has the characteristics of clean and efficient,reliable technology,high economic benefit,and low installation environment requirements.It is very suitable for power supply to residents in poor areas such as rural areas,pastoral areas,and mountain areas.The remaining power can be provided to the grid to increase the income of poor households.Combining this feature,photovoltaic poverty alleviation has become one of the ten targeted poverty alleviation projects proposed by the Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council.However,in the specific implementation process,because the power grids in poverty-stricken areas are mostly weak distribution networks in rural areas,there are even “one village,one line,one township,one change” phenomenon in some areas.At the same time,due to the lack of corresponding operation and maintenance management mechanisms and evaluation methods,some of the poverty-stricken photovoltaic power plants that have been connected to the network have a series of problems such as poor operation and low yield.Some regions even cannot guarantee the minimum income of poor households.In order to solve the above problems,this paper aims to improve the income of poor households and achieve the sustainable development of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants.From the three aspects of access planning,energy storage selection and operation and maintenance of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants,research can effectively improve the overall income of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants.Technical means to help the poor areas achieve their vision of real poverty alleviation and real poverty alleviation.First,based on the characteristics of the rural weak distribution network in poor areas,this paper proposes a distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic grid load carrying capacity calculation method,and establishes a poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plant investment benefit model;second,considering that energy storage technology can be used in a larger space-time scale In order to achieve the characteristics of large-scale consumption reduction of poverty alleviation photovoltaics,this paper proposes an energy storage optimization selection method to improve the distribution capacity of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic grids,and further establishes an energy storage allocation investment optimization model;finally,for distributed poverty alleviation that has been connected to the grid Photovoltaic power station.This paper studies the evaluation technology and operation and maintenance cost calculation method of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)In order to improve the safety and economy of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations,a method for analyzing the load-bearing capacity of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations based on the analysis of the operation characteristics of the rural weak distribution network is proposed.First,from the perspective of power grid structure and source-charge characteristics,the operating characteristics of the rural weak distribution network are analyzed in depth,and on this basis,a distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station grid load carrying capacity analysis model is established to analyze the rural weak The grid’s carrying capacity for poverty alleviation photovoltaics.Then,the investment benefit model of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station was further constructed,and the investment economy of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station was quantified.Finally,a numerical example analysis verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed distributed photovoltaic power plant analysis method.(2)In order to further improve the photovoltaic capacity of the weak rural distribution network and improve the overall income of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station,a method of energy storage selection and capacity optimization configuration suitable for the poverty alleviation photovoltaic access scenario is proposed.First,the applicability analysis of various types of commercial energy storage is carried out,the optimal type selection method of energy storage power station is proposed.Then,by setting different energy storage power station capacity and rated charge and discharge power respectively,the maximum capacity of distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic is analyzed,and an energy storage configuration investment optimization model is further constructed to analyze the different energy storage configuration schemes.The effect of increasing the income of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations.Finally,an example is analyzed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed energy storage selection and capacity optimization configuration method suitable for poverty alleviation photovoltaic access scenarios.(3)In order to solve the problem of lack of evaluation methods and non-standard operation and maintenance in the operation and maintenance of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations,a method for operation evaluation of poverty alleviation photovoltaic power stations and the calculation method of operation and maintenance cost based on the classification of service content are proposed,considering the impact of natural environment.First of all,for the distributed poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants that have been connected to the network,the evaluation model of the operation status of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power plants is established from the three dimensions of distributed photovoltaic power plant operation economy,operation safety and operation environment.Then,based on the on-site operation of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station,the operation and maintenance services and benefits were analyzed,and the operation and maintenance cost calculation model of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station based on the classification of service content was established.Finally,the analysis and analysis of the example verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed operation evaluation and operation and maintenance cost calculation method of the poverty alleviation photovoltaic power station. |
