Research On Equipment Maintenance Management System Of Power Supply Enterprises

Due to the rapid development of science and technology,production automation has been rapidly applied in the entire production field,and it has been an irreplaceable tool.At the same time,the status of production equipment is increasingly important and directly affects production efficiency.Many enterprises has been attracted by equipment maintenance management,and has begun to realize that equipment maintenance management can bring huge benefits to enterprises,and regard equipment maintenance management as a key issue for enterprise development.(1)The equipment repair management strategy conceptual concept is analyzed,and the concept,contents,methods of equipment repair are descripted.The reliability model of the maintenance strategy is introduced,and the framework of the comprehensive maintenance strategy of the substation equipment is proposed.Equipment maintenance methods depend on factors such as type,performance,reliability,importance,failure results,monitoring methods,and maintenance economics.The hierarchical method is used to determine the comprehensive indicators of the equipment,and the influencing factors and weight coefficients are analyzed,the typical equipment is calculated.(2)Based on the equipment regular maintenance model and state maintenance cycle optimization model,with the minimum cost and maximum efficiency as the goal,the equipment periodic maintenance cycle,equipment replacement time,modification time and state detection cycle are optimized,and a case study was conducted.(3)The equipment maintenance management status of the electric enterprise is analyzed,and the problems of equipment maintenance management are summarized and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
