In the rapid development of modern medical technology,the status and role of medical equipments has become more and more important,and the breakthrough progress of hospital diagnostic technology which relies on advanced medical equipments can be realized.But conversely,the breakdowns of medical equipments can cause misdiagnoses or injuries easily,and the following medical disputes will destroy the hospital honor.But in the whole medical business,compared to the vigorous development of treatment technology,the medical engineering technology in China has just been developed.As the auxiliary business in hospital,the maintenance management of medical equipments is relatively backward,and this is conflicted to the original intention of becoming the model with low consumption and high efficiency for the modern hospitals.Based on maintenance features of medical equipments,integrated management theory and three-level maintenance system of equipments and process optimization theory,the paper researched on ZB city central hospital.First of all,it described clinical poor satisfaction for maintenance management of medical equipments by research.Secondly,it analyzed the troubles about efficiency,cost control,preventability of maintenance and working attitude qualitatively and quantificationally by the fact.Thirdly,it finded these reasons by causal analysis.Finally,according to the ZB city central hospital medical equipment maintenance management,it optimized designs,putting forward the classified maintenance management of medical equipments,optimizing maintenance management process and improving other aspects of the equipment integrated management.The paper researched on ZB city central hospital medical equipment maintenance management status.It will be valuable for the other hospitals and especially the comprehensive hospitals about medical equipment management as a reference.
