With the development of society and the progress of information technology,the power system is playing an increasingly important role in the process of social development,and it is an important driving force for China’s sustained economic progress.In order to reduce power transmission loss and meet people’s demand for electricity,China’s power system is developing rapidly towards the goal of larger capacity and higher voltage.At the same time,because of more and more equipments and more complex faults in power system,the knowledge reserve of transformer maintenance personnel is increasing,how to do well the maintenance work of power system equipment has become an important topic.Substation maintenance is very important to the safe and stable operation of power network system.Its main features include wide coverage,many kinds of equipment,complex process and many steps.The storage of spare parts is difficult to control because of the variety of equipment,and the quality of new equipment increases the difficulty of maintenance personnel.To this end,on the basis of summing up the predecessors,the main application of the following three maintenance strategies,"standardized maintenance","regular maintenance","corrective maintenance.The selection of equipment maintenance strategy mainly considers the following factors: The reliability of power system operation,the economy of power grid operation,the maintenance cycle of equipment,the maintenance efficiency of equipment and so on.Each of the three maintenance methods has its advantages and disadvantages.How to choose the appropriate maintenance strategy has become the focus of the power system industry.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to the standardization maintenance of primary equipment in substation,which can combine the quantity and quality of maintenance.Establish the maintenance strategy model,at the same time,analyze and evaluate the influence factors of maintenance,including equipment reliability,equipment maintenance economy,equipment maintenance cycle,equipment maintenance efficiency,etc.,it can make the complicated maintenance policy decision practical and clear.By analyzing the maintenance hierarchy model,we can get the weight of maintenance factors corresponding to different maintenance strategies and the corresponding order.Combined with the maintenance effect in daily work,the equipment can be maintained more effectively,the maintenance efficiency can be improved,and the safe and reliable operation of the equipment can be ensured.The practical application results show that the number of equipment outage maintenance plans is greatly reduced after the implementation of standardized maintenance,and the equipment faults can be predicted in advance to avoid unplanned outage.At the same time,after carrying out the standardized overhaul,the health degree of the equipment has been greatly improved,and the annual cost can be reduced by 34%,which is of great technical guidance significance for ensuring the safe,reliable and efficient normal operation of the power transmission system.
