The photovoltaic industry has been developing continuously in my country in recent years.In the process of rapid development,photovoltaic power generation companies are inseparable from large amounts of financial support.The difficulty of financing is a major challenge currently facing most photovoltaic power generation companies.The photovoltaic power generation enterprises that build photovoltaic power generation projects have the characteristics of obvious capital-intensive enterprises.The photovoltaic power generation projects have a great demand for funds during the early stage of construction.Obtaining loans from banks is more difficult for photovoltaic power generation enterprises because photovoltaic power generation enterprises The only thing that can be used as collateral when financing is only photovoltaic power generation equipment,and there is no real property that can be mortgaged.In addition,the cost recovery period of photovoltaic power generation projects is relatively long.The purpose of this paper is to find a more suitable financing channel for photovoltaic power generation enterprises under this financing problem.This article regards the company Z as the case company,and takes the company Z's photovoltaic power generation project as the research object.Through field investigation,it is found that the company Z's photovoltaic power generation project has difficulties in financing after the grid-connected operation of power generation.After analyzing the capital needs of the Z company's photovoltaic power generation project,it designed a targeted financial leasing program for the Z company's photovoltaic power generation project to solve the problem of insufficient funds.This article first sorts out the literature related to the photovoltaic power generation and financial leasing industries,and then explains the relevant concepts and theories of financial leasing.Secondly,it introduces the company Z's organizational structure and photovoltaic power generation projects.By analyzing the financing characteristics of company Z's photovoltaic power generation projects,the development status of the photovoltaic power generation industry,the advantages of financial leasing in photovoltaic power generation enterprises,the financial status of the lessee,and the guarantee The feasibility analysis of the financial leasing of the Z company's photovoltaic power generation project.Based on the results of the feasibility analysis,a specific financial leasing program was designed for the Z company's photovoltaic power generation project.Finally,through the comparative analysis method,the expected effect analysis and guarantee measures of the financing lease program of the photovoltaic power generation project of Z Company are proposed.This article provides a good reference for the application of financial leasing in photovoltaic power generation enterprises,provides an effective solution to the financing difficulties of photovoltaic power generation enterprises,and helps promote the healthy development of the photovoltaic industry.
