Risk Prevention And Control Of Photovoltaic Power Station Financing Leasing Project

For a long time,financing has been a major problem faced by photovoltaic power station project construction.Compared with bank loans,the repayment term set by financial leasing is more flexible,which can better adapt to the characteristics of high proportion of photovoltaic power station equipment and long-period operation.Therefore,as a new financing method,financial leasing has become a major mode of photovoltaic power station project financing.Due to the long payback period of photovoltaic projects,finance leasing companies may face a series of risks,such as policy adjustment,market demand change,equipment aging,internal management of lessee is not in place,etc.In the development of photovoltaic project financial leasing,financial leasing companies need to strengthen the risk management of the whole process of photovoltaic power station financial leasing project.Though some scholars have studied the financing modes and cases,risk management of photovoltaic power station projects,the research on financial leasing risk assessment is scattered and theoretical,which is not closely related to the actual operation of financial leasing companies.This paper focuses on the actual development of photovoltaic power station financial leasing projects,and studies the risks from the perspective of risk assessment,helping to promote the healthy development of financial leasing industry.This paper mainly includes six parts,and its core content mainly includes three aspects:Firstly,a comprehensive and systematic analysis is made on the risks of photovoltaic power station financing leasing projects.According to the types of risks faced by PV financial leasing projects,this study analyses potential risks from the perspectives of macro environment,medium industry and micro enterprises.For example,the policy risks,financial risks,industry technical risks and moral risks.Secondly,constructing the risk evaluation model of photovoltaic power station financing leasing project.The risk evaluation model of photovoltaic power station financing leasing project is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Thirdly,a case study on the risk assessment of photovoltaic power station financing leasing project is carried out.The H photovoltaic power station financial leasing project carried out by G Financial Leasing Company is selected as the research object.Through the analysis of the basic situation of the project,the result of due diligence and the economy,the risk assessment model is constructed to evaluate the project risk.
