Vigorously develop new energy sources is an important part of Chinese energy development strategy,the relevant national policies clearly encourage the development of new energy power generation.Solar energy is the most abundant renewable energy,and has unique advantages and utilization potential.Through the development of local solar energy resources,not only can provide a certain amount of clean energy,but also can promote the vigorous development of the local industry,it has obvious economic and social significance.The design and research depend on the Huaneng Yingkou Thermoelectric 10 MWp Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.Firstly,according to the meteorological data of Yingkou,Dalian and Shenyang,the meteorological conditions such as solar energy resource,temperature and wind speed are carefully analyzed.Secondly,according to the geology,meteorology condition and solar energy resource condition of Yingkou,the design and layout of the PV modules and PV sub-arrays suitable for the local operating environment are researched,including the operation mode of the PV system,the optimal inclination azimuth angle,PV sub-array design,PV module cable connection design,etc.And then,the design scheme of the electrical part is researched,including the series calculation of the solar cell module,the selection of the inverter and the DC power distribution equipment,the design of the electrical main wiring,the estimation of the annual energy consumption of the Yingkou power grid.Finally,according to the current condition of Yingkou power grid,the system access plan is designed,and the protection scheme of PV power system is designed according to photovoltaic grid connected criterion.Firstly,the paper introduces the current situation of Yingkou power grid,and puts forward the practical implementation plan.After the completion of the project,it is expected to provide 12308.01 MWh electricity per year for the power grid and save standard coal equivalent to 3951 tons per year,reducing the emission of soot,SO2,NOX,CO2,ash and so on.It has obvious energy saving,environmental protection and social benefits.
