Research On Reservoir Construction And Utilization In Shaanxi Province (1950-2020)

As one of the essential resources for human survival,the distribution of water often determines the survival pattern of human beings.However,in the process of human society development,the distribution of water is often reflected in the balance of space-time distribution,and with the growth of human groups,water in natural state can not meet the needs of human beings,and for settled human beings can not migrate with water frequently,so it can only change the distribution state of water to solve the needs of human survival.The effective use of water resources is a problem that must be faced by human survival.Reservoir is one of the most important products of human-land interaction in the later stage of human society,and it is also an important human landscape.For Shaanxi Province,reservoir construction is synchronized with the construction of the Republic,and all kinds of setbacks encountered in the construction of the Republic also have an objective impact on the construction of the reservoir.Similarly,many lessons learned in the process of construction and utilization are worth learning from later generations.As an indispensable link in the development of water conservancy,the construction of reservoir facilities plays an extremely important role in the construction and utilization of water conservancy in Shaanxi Province.Shaanxi region has advanced agricultural farming technology and irrigation technology in history,and has a long history tradition in danrconstruction and canal construction.This paper chooses the reservoir in Shaanxi area as the research object,uses the research method of historical geography,studies how the Shaanxi people build and utilize the historical process of the reservoir in the process of human-land interaction,and draws the experience and lessons from it,and provides reference for the later construction and utilization.This paper mainly discusses the construction and utilization of reservoirs from three aspects.Firstly,the historical background,historical process and distribution characteristics of reservoir construction are discussed.Reservoir construction is carried out under the background of water conservancy construction in China,with the development of water conservancy.After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,there were two climaxes in reservoir construction,accompanied by two movements,namely,the Great Leap forward period,the Cultural Revolution period and the early stage of reform.The distribution of reservoirs is related to the region and the density of water system.Secondly,the utilization mode and utilization of reservoir in Shaanxi Province are discussed.It is discussed from eight parts:reservoir and agriculture,reservoir and industry,reservoir and urban production and life,reservoir and hydropower,reservoir and flow regulation,reservoir and sand bar,reservoir aquaculture and reservoir and scenic spot construction.In these eight parts,most of the reservoirs in Shaanxi are most closely related to agricultural irrigation,hydropower and flow regulation.Finally,the experiences and lessons of reservoir construction and utilization are discussed.The planning and design of reservoir construction,the quality of reservoir dam,the construction technology and team construction,the summary of reservoir experience,the compilation of reservoir chronicles,the name of reservoir and the economic and social benefits brought by reservoir.Through the writing of this article can draw the following conclusion:from the point of long period of time,reservoir construction appeared several times to build libraries in Shanxi Province,and every major political movement dies from the reservoir construction in the process of water conservancy construction movement,the number is given priority to with small reservoirs in Shanxi Province,on the database is large and medium-sized reservoirs is more dominant,and the utilization efficiency of large and medium-sized reservoirs,higher yield is the highest in terms of distribution,corresponding small reservoirs because of wide distribution,dispersion,combined with local agricultural irrigation of small hydropower station,but its planning is not strong,the unreasonable distribution of relative,use efficiency is low Large and medium-sized reservoirs generally control for the provinces and cities,planning,overall layout is reasonable,and high utilization efficiency of facilities complete,for lack of construction in the process of reservoir quality in the process of using risk occurs more disease reservoir,the reservoir sediment deposition phenomenon is serious,effective use of limited in practical experience,the reservoir tzu named reservoir research achieved certain results,etc.
