Research On Comprehensive Development And Utilization Of Tapo Reservoir

Along with the rapid development of the industrial production and the city resident of Xiajin County,Water consumption is increasing year by year.what’s more,the excessive exploitation of groundwater caused lots of problems including groundwater level’s decline insufficient water supply and ground settlement and so on. Some measures,such as constructing plain reservoir and accumulating water at Non-irrigation period have been token to improve the utilization rate of the Yellow River,and on this basis to ensure the security of urban and rural drinking water safety and economic and social development need water.After the completion of the project, we should be based on the agriculture irrigation water for the main project, actively explore the further development and utilization, in order to make sure the reservoir playing its maximum benefit.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is including the background of this paper,the purpose and significance, the current research both the domestic and foreign.This part also introduces the main research method and content framework, the technique route of the research.The second part is the current situation of the reservoir,containing the analysis of the project area geographical and geological conditions and balance analysis of water resources comprehensive utilization, on this basis to provide theoretical support for further utilization.The third part is the project feasibility and necessity analysis,which contains the analysis of the project construction tasks and the scale and the dam seepage stability,and on this basis to provide reference for further utilization.The fourth part is the comprehensive development and utilization direction studying, including efficient ecological agriculture, rural drinking water safety, water ecological environment etc.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect. Through the development of social economy and water resources balance analysis, Tapo reservoir’s construction is very necessary and urgent.From the water tower slope we can analyse the water conditions and social conditions feasibility;through the national economy evaluation.Tapo reservoir project,which is economic and reasonable financial, has certain anti-risk ability, practical.In the future,the reservoir’s comprehensive development and potential utilization is larger, it can also improve the quality of life of local people and ecological environment and promote the rapid development of local economy actively.Main conclusions:I.The construction of Tapo reservoir is necessary and feasible. The reservoir’s function laid the foundation for comprehensive development and utilization. Ⅱ.The reservoir exploitation should be integrated,both economic benefits such as developing efficient ecological agriculture and environmental benefits such as ensuring rural drinking water safety and water ecological environment etc.
